This Privacy Policy explains how Spedaris Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal and non-personal information when you use the mobile application CashDrop (the “Application”). By using the Application, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: full name, email address, phone number.
• In-app & Transaction Data: balances, transactions, redemption requests/history, and in-app purchases.
• Payment & Redemption: UPI ID and related metadata necessary to process redemptions and resolve payment issues.
• Device & Technical Data: device model, operating system, IP address, app version, performance metrics, and crash logs.
• Support: messages, attachments, or details you submit to customer support.

Note: The Application does not include quizzes and does not show advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Application and its features.
• Process redemptions and payments, including applying service fees where applicable.
• Verify accounts, prevent fraud, and ensure security and integrity.
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

3. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party analytics, measurement, crash-reporting, hosting, and customer support services that process data on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they deliver to us. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Sharing

We may share data with trusted processors (e.g., payment facilitators, cloud/hosting, analytics, support tools) strictly to provide the Application’s functionality. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger, acquisition).

5. Payments, Redemptions & Fees

When you request a redemption, we collect your UPI ID and process the payment subject to applicable service fees and conversion rates shown in the Application. We may request additional verification to prevent fraud and ensure lawful use of the Application.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• Access & Correction: You can request access to or correction of your personal data.
• Deletion: You may request account deletion via the in-app delete function or by emailing us. Upon deletion, balances and associated data may be permanently removed.
• Opt-Out: You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application from your device.
• Promotional Communications: You may opt out of promotional emails by using the provided unsubscribe options.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Application, fulfill transactions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Where possible, we will anonymize or aggregate data for analytics after it is no longer needed in identifiable form.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted in the Application and on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
